We will have 6 rooms available, each with Queen Beds, Full Bath, TV, WIFI, Coffee Maker, Microwave, and Frig..

The Lobby (Great Room) will have a Widescreen TV.

Lots of parking for ATV and Snowmobile Trailers. Trailheads are just off our property.


Primitive Campsites Available.

RV sites have Electric, and Water Hookups. Fresh drinking water available.

We have Kayaks, and Canoes, for rent.

There is also a 32 foot RV for rent, with water, and electrical.

Riverfront sites on 4000 feet of Ammonoosuc River frontage with Fireplaces and Picnic Tables.

We are located on the UPPER AMMONOOSUC RIVER in the middle of The Northern Forest Canoe Trail. A 740 mile route across contiguous rivers, streams, and lakes, following Native American travel routes from Old Forge, New York, through Vermont, Quebec, and New Hampshire, to Fort Kent, Maine.

Cross the Covered Bridge in the town center.

This is the George Smith Boarding House in the early 1900's. It later became the Percy Post office. The attached barn has been removed, and the main structure has been completely renovated. It will open as The Percy Lodge and Campground. We are located 2 miles from the town of Stark, NH. on Percy Road. We will have furnished rooms with full baths.
